Wellbeing is about balance, a life in which you feel safe, healthy, happy, successful and the very best version of you. A life in which you can cope with inevitable challenges in a safe, healthy way. This life looks different to each of us and as your coach I will help you set that vision and take you there. You already have the answers, and through a process of gentle yet powerful questioning and evidence backed exercises, we will find them. WHAT WOULD THE COACHING EXPERIENCE LOOK LIKE?
As your coach I will work with you to establish what you need out of life to fulfill your desire for happiness, health and success - your vision. You might already be really clear about which area of your life is holding you back, or we can explore that together. Over the period of time we set, I will motivate, challenge and ignite passion in you and your goals - and hold you accountable for making the changes you want to see. No judgement, just great questions to get to the root of what’s holding you back, get you thinking and moving forward to where and who you want to be, with strategies and solutions to create impactful change. We won’t dwell on the past, coaching is a moving forward therapy and we start from right where you are now.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
This depends on the type of programme you commit to or whether you are attending a workshop or retreat. Whichever route you decide to take, remember this is an investment in you and your future. ONLINE OR IN PERSON?
This can be down to your own personal preference and also depends where you are. I am based in the Stirlingshire area of Scotland and would love to connect with you in person if you are local or able to travel here. Otherwise video or phone calls are equally as beneficial.
